All the bonafide students, teachers and employees of the college are the members of the library. Text books are issued from the college library to the students, teachers, and employees of the college.
Books may be renewed by the students after 10 days of loan period. Students are penalized for not returning books within the loan period by imposing Re.1/- per day per book as over- due charge. Students should carefully examine the book issued to them before leaving the library counter. If any damage or mutilation in the book issued to him/her is noticed, it should be reported to the librarian before taking delivery of the same. The borrowers will be responsible for the loss or damage of any book borrowed from the college library.
Each department has own library for the staffs. Departmental libraries are under the management of the departmental heads, who himself or assigns a teacher for the management and keeping of the records.
DEPARTMENTAL LIBRARY BOOKS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE BORROWED BY TEACHERS OR STUDENTS.
The College library also provides its readers with Journals & Newspaper section with reading facilities. Students& teachers may utilize their leisure time towards academic pursuits.
Students are required to produce library clearance certificate at the time of submission of forms for Council/University examinations.
